  • How long have you been in business?

    Since 2017! I have been growing steadily for almost 6 years. I rely heavily on referrals from my loyal clients.

  • Do you watch dogs in your home?

    No. I wish! I have 5 cats and I do not have a fenced in back yard. I come to your home where your pets are most comfortable.

  • How far in advance do I need to schedule?

    As soon as possible! I get booked pretty quickly, especially around the holidays. Last minute works too, if I am available.

  • Do you meet my dogs or cats (pets) beforehand?

    Yes! At our initial consultation. I will come by to learn all the details of your pets personality and routine, as well as the ins and outs of their diet, medical history, and favorite activities. We’ll get to know each other too and I look forward to this.

  • How do I schedule services?

    If you are a new client we will discuss your schedule needs over the phone on our preliminary call. From there we schedule a consultation and then book your services. If you are an existing client, you simply text or email your schedule requests to me and I’ll let you know as soon as I can so you can book tickets, make plans etc. I try to let you know within a couple hours!

  • My dog does not like other dogs and tends to be quite aggressive. Is this a problem and how do you deal with this issue?

    This is not a problem and this is not uncommon. I have a great deal of experience with this issue and we will discuss my approach and your recommendations at our initial consultation. I will make sure that EVERYONE is comfortable.

  • What if my return home is delayed? What if I come home early from a trip?

    If you need to extend care, it is usually no problem at all! If you return early from a trip, I do not refund, since I have more than likely had to mark my schedule as unavailable for other jobs.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    My cancellation policy is flexible, but approached on a case by case basis.

  • Can you come at a specific time?

    I work in 2-3 hour time windows. I will always come within your specified time window and will always visit for the specified amount of time, even if I arrive at the end of the window. I usually have many animals to take care of within that window, so I can’t guarantee an exact time.

  • How do I pay for your services? When do I pay?

    Cash, check or Venmo, whatever works for you. Payment is accepted after services are complete.

  • How many visits a day should I schedule?

    This is entirely up to you. I try to schedule my visits to mimic your daily routine and timing as closely as possible. Animals (especially dogs) love a routine, so if we can mirror their typical routine, that is comforting for them.

  • Are you Insured?

    Yes. I am insured through Next Insurance.

  • Animals requiring special care?

    Do you administer medications? Yes! Meds are no problem.

    Do you do injections? Yes, I am comfortable with injections.

    Fluids? Yes I am comfortable administering fluids.
